Peppermint Oil to Cool Off Your Summer and Hormones Too!

Heat and Hormones are miserable.

So here is an Easy tip to stay cool with Peppermint Oil. 

1. Add 3-4 drops of peppermint oil to a bottle of water and spray neck and face . Peppermint is a cooling oil and helps with those hot flashes

2. Make this wonderful smoothie that is healthy and guilt free.

Place all ingredients in a blender.

2 cups almond milk
2 cups spinach
5 dates (pitted)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
2-4 Tbs. cacao powder
2 drops peppermint oil
Ice (to the consistency you like)

3.  Take some time for You.  It is Summer.
