Everyone feels some aches and pains sometime but did you know that there are foods that can help relieve pain. You see they also contain salicyclic acid, the compound in aspirin. So, when you need some help give some of these a try:
apples raspberries
avocados spinach
blueberries zucchini
cauliflower plums
cherries peaches
cucumbers

Copaiba
Marjoram
Rosemary
Frankincense
Combine about 3 drops each for a single application in 1 tsp carrier oil. Works like a charm!
