The Perfect Pain Defense!

have a leg cramp in fitness exercise training, healthy lifestyle

Pain is a fact of life but before you grab those drug store medicines, read this:

Acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, is considered the safest option by many, and yet it’s still to blame for about 50 percent of acute liver failures in the U.S. Acetaminophen also is the leading reason behind calls to poison control and to blame for more than 50,000 emergency room visits a year.

Luckily there are painkillers out there that won’t give your liver more to do, such as ibuprofen or naproxen. Both of these drugs decrease the amount of blood supply to the kidneys. They are known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or NSAIDs.

Not only do NSAIDs create this sort of problem, they can also make it worse, making it difficult for your body to clot and stop the bleeding of a serious stomach ulcer. “It’s a double whammy,” “It’s eating away at the lining of the stomach and exposing blood vessels.”

Fortunately, there are safer choices for pain relief.  We have the perfect pain defense

  • CuraPro -The best examined natural pain reliever may be curcumin, an extract from the spice turmeric. But don’t confuse these two—it can take up to 500 capsules of turmeric to deliver the amount of curcumin you get in just one enhanced-absorption capsule. One enhanced absorption curcumin called BCM-95 uses turmeric essential oil to boost efficacy.
  • Frankincense – In another published 12-week human study, the combination of BCM-95 curcumin and standardized boswellia (sometimes called frankincense) was compared to the generic of the prescription drug Celebrex (celecoxib) for osteoarthritis of the knee. At the end of the study, both groups were equal in improvements in flexibility, but the curcumin/boswellia group had superior scores in overall pain relief and distance walked without pain.
  • Omega-3 – Omega3 fatty acids (fish oil) as an anti-inflammatory: an alternative to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for pain. … An alternative treatment with fewer side effects that also reduces the inflammatory response and thereby reduces pain.
  •  CBD oil- CBD interacts with receptors in your brain and immune system. This creates anti-inflammatory and painkilling effects that help with pain management. This means that CBD oil may benefit people with chronic pain, such as chronic back pain, arthritis, nerve pain and more
